1. You need an Instagram Business Account.

2. Your Instagram Business Account should be connected to your Facebook Page.

To connect your Instagram account and your Facebook page:

Go to your Facebook Page → Click on Page Settings → Click Instagram in the left column, then click Connect Account. You can find Facebook guide here.

3. You must enable Business Messaging on your Instagram Account through Instagram mobile app. Here's how you can do it:

You can do it from Billing or as a part of our connection flow.

1. From the Billing, choose the Octopods Instagram Product

2. Choose how many Instagram accounts you'd like to connect. You can change this anytime.

1. You can also your Octopods dashboard, click on Instagram from the channel page:

2. Click on Subscribe Now

3. Fill in your credit card information & unlock your 7 day trial

After you've subscribed, you can start adding your Instagram Accounts

1. Click on Connect Instagram Accounts

2. In the next steps you'll need to connect your Facebook Page and Instagram Account. We recommend to select all the Pages and Accounts you own.

3 Select your Instagram Business Account

4. Select your Facebook Page

5. Please make sure to keep the following permissions and press Done

You'll see the following:

Press OK, and we will redirect you back to Octopods dashboard.

On our dashboard you'll see the list of available Instagram Accounts.

1. Choose the Instagram Account you want to connect and Select HubSpot Inbox you'd like to integrate the Instagram Account to

2. Activate the Instagram Account to your HubSpot Inbox

3. And you're done! Confirm your integration by clicking on View in HubSpot. You should see the channel configured and connected successfully in your Inbox Settings!
