1.1 Click on Connect your HubSpot account

1.2 Choose Twilio as a channel

1.3 Choose your HubSpot Account and complete the authentication process for the Slack by Octopods HubSpot Integration

First you’ll need to create a Twilio account. You’ll also need to buy a Twilio phone number which supports SMS.

3.1 From your Twilio Account Dashboard page, copy your Account SID and Auth token to the Octopods Twilio setup page.

3.2 Once you've filled in the information in the Octopods Twilio setup page, click on Fetch Phone Numbers

3.3 Select a phone number in the drop down

3.4 Click on Activate Twilio channel

3.5 Choose the HubSpot Inbox to connect

The Octopods Twilio SMS integration now comes with Proactive Cards to let you send SMS directly from within HubSpot Help Desk and Record Pages.

4.1 Scroll down & click on 'Setup Proactive Cards'

4.2 Setup your Cards in HubSpot

The button will direct you to the HubSpot portal's integrations page, where you can set any or all of the three cards locations: in Help Desk side bar, Contact page, or preview side bar in CRM.

4.3 Enable the card

Click on the card you wish to enable and select its default location:

4.4 View the Card

In the location you configured the Card in, you can send SMS messages right away and Octopods will handle the sending & syncing the HubSpot!

Now your HubSpot Twilio integration is complete. You can start receiving and responding to your Twilio SMS messages from HubSpot 🙌
