Create a Channel View in HubSpot Inbox

Learn how to create a dedicated view for your new HubSpot Channel in the Inbox.

This guide comes after you integrate your newest channel into HubSpot using the Octopods' integration. After you install the channel in the HubSpot inbox, you can proceed to create a custom view for only the channel's conversations.

This guide will use the Telegram by Octopods integration as an example, but the steps work for any integration provided by Octopods.

After connecting the channel to HubSpot Inbox

This will be the last page in the connection flow - Click on View in HubSpot

This will direct you to the HubSpot Inbox Setting page, the inbox where you installed in the channel into:

From there, navigate to the Inbox itself by clicking CRM > Inbox from the upper left corner

Create an View

Make sure you are in the same Inbox in which the channel is integrated - in this case, we create an Inbox called Telegram & install the channel into

Click on Actions > Create a view from the bottom left corner:

Choose a name for the view & click on Next on the lower right corner

Click on Add a filter > Conversation (Current Object) > Source

Then Choose, Telegram by Octopods

That is it! Now you have a view for all your Telegram conversations synced by the Octopods integration.


Done, your Channel View is now configured in the HubSpot Inbox ✨
