This guide shows you to connect your TikTok business to Intercom through the Octopods integration to start sending and receiving TikTok messages inside your Intercom inbox.
Make sure you're logged in your TikTok account.
Step 1: Log in Octopods dashboard
Go into your Octopods dashboard > choose the Intercom Workspace > click on TikTok Channel
Step 2: Authenticate TikTok with Octopods
Click on Connect TikTok Business Account and start the authentication flow
Make sure to accept all permissions and click Continue
That is it! Your TikTok account is now connected to Intercom.
Step 3: Test the Integration
ou can test the integration yourself by sending a message to the TikTok account & see it sync in real time to Intercom. Happy testing!
