For WhatsApp voice notes to work in Intercom, you'll need two things:

1. Make sure our Chrome extension is installed. This will help you listen to voice notes without download the file to your computer. You may download the Chrome extension here:

2. Modify your Intercom settings to enable the WhatsApp voice note file type. Go to your attachment settings:

Add the ".ogg" file type. Once you've done that, you should be able to access WhatsApp voice messages in your Intercom inbox.
