My round robin assignment rules are not working the way I want them to 😳

If you're using advanced assignment features such as 'round robin', you may face complications. Here's how to fix it.

If you are using Intercom's round robin feature, and have created assignment rules for Octopods conversations, you may face the following scenario:

In this example, the assignment rule runs successfully, assignment the conversation to a team and a teammate. Shortly after that, the conversation is unassigned from the teammate, and assigned only to the team.

If you wish to prevent the conversation from being unassigned from the teammate, go to the Octopods settings page: https://app.octopods.io/settings

And set "Force run assignment rules on receiving new conversation" to "No":

That will make sure your round robin feature will function as it does for your other conversations.
