Create assignment rules with Octopods CDAs and Intercom Workflows

You can combine Octopods CDAs and Intercom's Workflows to provide an efficient way for your team to handle conversations coming from different channels.

Go to Workflows -> New workflow

Choose a trigger, e.g Customer sends their first message or Customer sends any message

Choose the following channels (make sure to pick Email)

Choose audience for each channel based on Octopods CDAs

Add Assign action and choose a team or team member you want to assign conversations coming to this channel

Review your flow and click on Set live

With the above workflow is set live, any users contacting you via Telegram will be assigned to a specific team, and the same can be applied for other channels.
