This article shows you how to utilize the Octopods Inbox App to send WhatsApp Interactive messages your Octopods integration.
IMPORTANT: WhatsApp Interactive messages provide a rich way for your to communicate with your customers, but you can only use them within the WhatsApp 24-hr period after a customer messages your business. If you want to initiate a conversation, you can use Octopods proactive messaging service.

The cailability of these message types might vary depending on your messaging provider capabilities. WhatsApp connections using Twilio supports these interactive types by creating Content Templates and sending these messages as templates.
Interactive Messages Types
Reply Buttons
Reply buttons are used to let you tailor up to three quick replies to your message, providing an easy and smooth way for your customer to engage with your messages. You can create up to three buttons to include with your text message.
List
List messages provide a way of listing items and/or options for your customer to choose from. You can list up to ten items with your text message.
Single Product
If you have products listed on your Facebook page and linked to your WhatsApp number, you'd be able to send a single-product message displaying that product to your customer.
Multi-Product List
If you have products listed on your Facebook page and linked to your WhatsApp number, you'd be able to send a multiple products in a form of a list message displaying them to your customer. You can list up to 10 products.

Using Octopods Inbox App
You can use the Octopods Inbox App to build and send an Interactive message right from your Intercom inbox.
Here is an example of sending a Reply Button message:
Choose your message type: the first step in building the interactive message is to choose the type of the message you are going to construct:
Build your Reply Button message: each component will be shown whether it is required or optional, along with its maximum characters count
Preview & send your created message:
And that's it! Following those three steps, you'd be able to send your Interactive messages right away to your customers
