In this guide, I will choose you how to either remove the Instagram Channel alone from your HubSpot Inbox or remove the Octopods for HubSpot Integration all together from your HubSpot Account, sadly.
Option 1: Remove Instagram Channel from HubSpot Inbox
1. Head to your Octopods dashboard and open the Instagram channel you'd like to disconnect
2. Click on Deactivate your Instagram Business Account
Hint: click on View in HubSpot, we will need the HubSpot Inbox settings page next.
3. Open the connected HubSpot Inbox settings & delete the channel
Option 2: Remove Octopods Integration from HubSpot Account
1. Head to your HubSpot Account and click on the Settings Icon
2. Click on Integrations > Connected Apps from the side list
3. Click on Actions > Uninstall for the Instagram (Octopods Omnichannel) app
