Important note: You can only connect your Business Page, not your Personal Page.
Please make sure that you don't have any active bot integrations in your Business Integrations. It will not work correctly with Octopods and can cause various issues with message delivery.
If you already have your HubSpot workspace connected, you can skip this step.
Step 1: Connect your HubSpot Account
1. Click on Connect your HubSpot account
2. Choose Facebook Messenger & Comments as a channel
3. Choose your HubSpot Account and complete the authentication process for the Messenger by Octopods HubSpot Integration
Step 2: Click on "Connect Facebook Pages"
You will be redirected to Facebook. Choose "Continue as"
Step 3: Select your Facebook Accounts
Step 4: Select your Instagram Accounts
Click on "Continue", you do not have to choose any instagram account for the Facebook Messenger Integration.
Step 5: Save Permissions
Click on "Save"
Step 6: Connect your HubSpot Inbox
That's it! The integration between your Facebook Page & HubSpot is complete. You can view the Facebook Messenger & Comments channel in HubSpot!
