To create a Viber partner account, you’ll first need to create a Viber end user account through their mobile app. 

You can create an account by registering on the Viber admin panel. Here's how:

1.1 Click the Create Bot Account button. Then create your Bot Account.

1.2 Find you Viber private token

Copy your Viber private token to the Octopods Viber setup page

Now your Intercom Viber integration is complete. You can start receiving and responding to your Viber messages from Intercom 🙌
