Intercom allows only basic types of attachment files by default. Some of our supported channels allow for a greater variety of file types, some of which may seem to not work. However, with some tweaking of Intercom settings, these file types can also be supported.
How to fix this?
For example, ".ogg" files are not supported in Intercom by default. You can enable more attachment file types by accessing your attachment settings (click here) and adding the ".ogg" filetype. After doing that, you will be able to access your file directly from the Intercom inbox.
