Important note: You can only connect your Business Messenger, not your Personal Page.
Please make sure that you don't have any active bot integrations in your Business Integrations. It will not work correctly with Octopods and can cause various issues with message delivery.
Step 1: Click on our Messenger channel to start
Step 2: Click on "Connect Facebook Pages"
You will be redirected to Facebook. Choose "Continue as"
Step 3: Select you Instagram Accounts
Step 4: Select your Facebook Pages
Make sure to keep the following permissions:
And voila! Your Facebook Messenger is connected
Now your Intercom to Facebook Messenger integration is complete. You can start receiving and responding to your Facebook Messenger messages from Intercom 🙌
