As you might be aware, Facebook's policies dictate that businesses using Messenger can only respond within 24 hours of their customer's last message. After 24 hours, the messaging window is closed.

It's a feature that extends the customer support window to 7 days. Octopods is one of the few providers that now have access to this feature, and we're happy to be able to offer it to you at no additional cost.
