Reach is the Octopods browser extension that lets you send WhatsApp and SMS messages to your contacts without leaving Intercom.

What is Reach?

Install Reach from the Chrome Web Store, pin it to your toolbar, and open it as a side panel beside your Intercom tab.

Installing the Browser Extension

Sign in to Reach using your existing Intercom account — no separate Octopods password needed for the extension.

Reach can keep multiple Intercom workspaces signed in, and switches to the right one as you move between Intercom tabs.
