The Billing Overview gives you a quick view of your account's current billing status.
Open the Billing Overview
Sign in to Octopods.
Open Billing from the left-side bar.
Select Overview.
What does “Needs your attention” show?
The Needs your attention section appears when there is something you may need to review.
This can include:
An unpaid invoice.
A missing company name or billing address.
Missing VAT information when applicable.
A missing primary billing contact.
Each notice includes an action that takes you to the relevant Billing section.
For company, address, billing contacts, and VAT details, see Managing Your Billing Identity.
For unpaid invoices, see Paying an Invoice and Fixing Payment Issues.
How do I read the Next charge section?
The Next charge section shows your next scheduled subscription charge.
It can include:
The amount.
The charge date.
Your account's default payment card.
The products included in the charge.
The price breakdown.
What if my subscriptions renew on different dates?
Different subscriptions can have different renewal dates.
If this applies to your account, Octopods separates the upcoming charges by date.
The main Next charge amount represents the soonest upcoming charge. Other scheduled charges appear separately.
The card shown on the Billing Overview is your account's default payment card. An existing subscription may use a different card if one was selected specifically for that subscription.
For payment methods, see Managing Payment Methods.
How do I view recent invoices?
The Recent invoices section shows your latest invoice activity, including:
Invoice number.
Issue date.
Product.
Billing period.
Status.
Amount.
Select View all [number] invoices → to open your complete invoice history.
For invoice details and statuses, see Viewing and Understanding Invoices.
What if I have an unpaid invoice?
Unpaid invoices can appear under Needs your attention.
You can also find them under Billing → Invoices.
For payment instructions, see Paying an Invoice and Fixing Payment Issues.
