If you send more messages than your plan's monthly allowance, Octopods covers the overage at $100 per 25,000 additional messages.

Reduce the channels, numbers, accounts, or workspaces on a plan — deactivate the extras first, then lower the quantity.

Downgrading Your Subscription

Cancel an Octopods subscription from Billing & Subscriptions. Cancellation is immediate and a final invoice is generated.
