How plans work
Every Octopods plan is a standalone subscription tied to one product. You can subscribe to a single plan, combine several plans, or start with one and add others later. Each plan:
Starts with a 7-day free trial — you won’t be charged until the trial ends.
Is billed monthly.
Can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled independently of your other subscriptions.
All plans are managed from the Billing & Subscriptions page inside your Octopods account.
Available plans
The table below summarizes what each plan covers and how it’s priced. Exact plans shown to your account depend on which products are available to you — if you don’t see a plan listed here, it may not be enabled yet for your workspace.

Picking the right combination
Most teams mix plans based on the channels they need:
Support team that wants WhatsApp plus a few other channels — Start with the Omnichannel plan for the everyday channels and add a WhatsApp Business plan for each WhatsApp number.
Team only using one product — Subscribe to just that plan. There’s no bundle requirement.
Higher message volumes or hands-on onboarding — Talk to us about the Premium plan for a larger included allowance and dedicated support.
Tip: You can subscribe to any or all of the self-serve products at the same time, and each product starts its own 7-day free trial the moment you subscribe.
What happens during the trial
During the trial you have full access to the plan you subscribed to. Your card on file is not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken.

Messaging limits included in every plan
Every plan includes a monthly messaging allowance that scales with the number of channels you subscribe to. If you ever exceed the allowance, Octopods covers the overage with affordable add-on units rather than blocking messages.

Changing or canceling a plan
Each plan can be changed independently at any time:
Adding more channels, numbers, or workspaces — Increase the quantity on the plan. See Upgrading or Adding Channels.
Reducing the number of channels — You’ll need to deactivate the extra channels first. See Downgrading Your Subscription.
Stopping a plan entirely — See Canceling Your Subscription.
