Introduction
Having intercom Messenger and WhatsApp button (or other channels) separately on your website might be confusing for your customers. But there's a way to make it easier for them to contact you through their channel of choice. To keep things tidy and accessible you can store all of your channel's information inside of your Intercom Messenger by adding buttons. It's going to look like this:
Here's how you can do it
Go to Messenger settings β Add apps to your Messenger β Add an app
2. Press Content Showcase
3. Pick Flexible list
4. Press Customize
5. Scroll down and press Add a button
6. Then fill in the necessary fields: Title, Button label and Button URL.
And press Add to Messenger home
7. Then if you're happy with the result - press Save and set live
That's it, now your customers are be able to contact you on WhatsApp by pressing the "WhatsApp'' button. Number of buttons is unlimited and you can add any of your active channels to your Intercom Messenger.
