US and EU accounts are not supported yet. This is due to TikTok policies and requirements at the moment. This may change later on.
If you already have your HubSpot workspace connected, you can skip this step.
Step 1: Connect your HubSpot Account
1. Click on Connect your HubSpot account
2. Choose TikTok as a channel
3. Choose your HubSpot Account and complete the authentication process for the TikTok by Octopods HubSpot Integration
Step 2: Authenticate TikTok with Octopods
Click on Connect TikTok Business Account and start the authentication flow
Make sure to accept all permissions and click Continue
Step 3: Connect TikTok to HubSpot
1. Choose your HubSpot Inbox to connect the TikTok number channel to & click Confirm, then Activate
That's it! The integration between your TikTok & HubSpot is complete.
You can view the TikTok channel on HubSpot!
You can now start receiving messages sent to your page directly in the HubSpot inbox & reply back to them from one place!
