Go to the Octopods sign-in page. You will see the page title “Welcome back” with the subtitle “Sign in to your Octopods account”.
Enter your email in the Email field.
Enter your password in the Password field.
Optionally, check Remember me to stay signed in on this device for longer.
Click Sign in.
If your credentials are correct, Octopods takes you to the Connected Workspaces page, where you can manage your workspaces and channels.
Forgot your password?
If you can’t remember your password, use the “Forgot your password?” link at the bottom of the sign-in page to reset it. See Resetting Your Password for the full walkthrough.
Locked account
To protect your account, Octopods automatically locks it after too many consecutive failed sign-in attempts. If this happens, the next time you try to sign in you’ll be directed to the “Unlock your account” page.
To unlock the account:
On the unlock page you will see the warning: “Your account was locked after too many unsuccessful sign-in attempts. Enter your email to receive unlock instructions.”
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Click Send unlock instructions.
Check your inbox for an email from
notifications@octopods.io.Click the unlock link in the email.
Return to the sign-in page and enter your password again.
If you didn’t receive the unlock email, use the “Didn’t receive unlock instructions?” link on the sign-in page to request it again.
SSO users
If you created your account with Google, Intercom, HubSpot, or Slack SSO, don’t use the email and password form — use the matching SSO button on the sign-in page instead. See Signing In with SSO (Single Sign-On).
Common sign-in issues
“Invalid email or password.” Double-check the email and password are correct. Passwords are case-sensitive.
“Didn’t receive confirmation instructions?” Use this link at the bottom of the sign-in page to resend the confirmation email if you created an account but haven’t confirmed it yet.
Signed out unexpectedly. Sessions expire automatically after a period of inactivity. If you are signed out while working, sign in again — no data is lost.
Remember me isn’t sticking. The “Remember me” option only works within the same browser. Clearing cookies or using private/incognito mode signs you out.
